Motorcycle Assembly Line

The assembly line consists of an electric chainlike conveyor with 50 (m) length. The speed of line is variable from 0-4 (m/min) and includes 25 main stations. The assembling capacity exceeds 500 units motorcycle per each working day.

After assembling finished, the operational testing process of the motorcycle and its parts is carried out by Unit Test. In this unit, the operation of electrical components such as: Speedometer, Tachometer Assy., Brakes, Engine and etc. is examined. To make sure of good performance of the motorcycles, samples are put in a featured rolling test machine. This machine measures the amount of emission of gaseous pollutants in ideal speed, and also tests the acceleration of the bikes, brakes, co-directional of the wheels and also examines the lights. Then motorcycle is ready to be delivered.
